      Hi,
      I upgraded to the latest ZAPTEST Free Edition version this morning when prompted. It installed successfully, but requires .NET Framework v4.7.1. I tried downloading and installing that .Net version, but it is being blocked as not supported by my Operating System. My laptop is on Windows 10 Enterprise (10.0.105860). There doesn’t seem to be a way for me to go back to my previous version, and ZAPTEST will no longer launch. Do you have any suggestions on how I should proceed?

        Hello Vanessa
        Can you try to reboot and try to re-install ZAPTEST? You also may be required to do that with Administrator privileges.

          Hello Vanessa!

          Your windows version is no longer supported by Microsoft. Could you update your window version by visiting this website (Microsoft has stopped supporting your operation system a year ago): https://www.microsoft.com/software-download/windows10
