ZAPTEST can integrate with Micro Focus ALM.
Regarding the performance testing, basically in the new ZAPTEST versions we have the new LOAD feature which allows you to run API load tests (Which you create them in ZAPTEST as well):
The ZAPTEST LOAD contains all the required features to run any type of load tests’ scenarios, features such as:
Ramp-up and down virtual users, installing and using Load-Generators, setting SLA, using external data files, detailed gerenarted final test report, etc.
