Zap Test doesn’t run

I downloaded and installed the ZapTest. I logged in my username and password. But ZapTest never run. Also I received warning message. I want to learn possible reasons.

Thank you for letting know about this problem. Could you go to “Event Viewer” system application (you could use Start Menu Search “Event Viewer”) and send us all information about ZAPTEST problem/crash/issue?
New events should be created when you close the message which you have attached.
