      Hello JSmith,

      Thank-you for your question.

      Basically there are a few solutions to this issue:

      Try to restart ZPX (Short for Zap-Fix) by closing its services in the Task Manager (Its Services are: "ZAP-FIX.exe" and "QTAutomationAgent.exe") and execute ZPX again.

      If the issue persists restart ZPX again.

      If the issue was not resolved by restarting ZPX a few times, make sure you have the latest ".NET Framework":
      To download the latest ".NET Framework" write in Google "Download latest .Net Framework version" and open the suggested Microsoft website);
      Download and install the latest ".Net Framework" and restart ZPX again.

      If all the above suggestions did not help, you have to remove completely ZPX and your QTPUFT instance on the same machine, and reinstall both applications again (First QTPUFT, and only after finishing its installation start installing ZPX).

      Please contact Zap if the issue persists although you followed all suggested steps.
