Zap-fix anchored object cannot be found

Hello Zap,

We added manually an object, anchored it to another Image type object (Which is being recognized by Zap-fix), but still Zap-fix cannot find the anchored object.

Please advise.

Thank-you for your question.

When you want ZPX (Zap-fix) will recognize an object you can use the following options:
1. Use the OCR build-in mechanism in ZPX, meaning, to specify the string caption of an object.
2. Using object position and overall view, by specifying the object an an Image.
3. By anchor it to a relative ZPX recognized object:
In this option you have to make sure the anchored object has only default Color settings (Meaning, you did not update the anchored object’s color).

If you are using the 3rd option make sure that the anchored object’s color was not altered, if it did delete the object and add it again but do not update its color.
