Hello JSmith,
Thank-you for your question and for your interest in our new exciting feature, the ZAP (Zap-fix) Multirun.
The Multirun feature enables you to connect to number of remote devices (PC, Mac, Mobile, etc) and to run on them automated tests in a parallel or sequential mode:
This means you can do functional testing without losing too much time on handling each device separately;
You can then test simultaneously the same test in different devices and compare their executions, this way you’ll be able see in real time (You can watch all devices during their executions) if the functionality of a specific business process equals in all devices and therefore tune each device in case its business process will not be as expected;
Also you’ll be able to use the machine you’re running the tests with the Multirun feature to do other thing on it, because the Multirun runs remote devices your QA machine will finally be free (This is very important in case you’ll have a long running test which forbids you from using the machine for a long period of time).
As you can see there are a lot of important benefits with the Multirun feature, which are important for every QA team to have.
If you’d like to have the Multirun feature you’ll have t purchase for the new ZPX version (The 14.0.24 BETA version), and to add special request that this version will contain the Multirun feature.
Please contact Zap for further help.
Thanks,
Sasha
