Problems to locate objects

Hello Zap,
We have a document which when we open it in a full window size, all the objects we’ve set using Zap-fix suddenly QTP cannot find them in the document, please help.

Thank-you for your question.

There is a known bug in the QTP api toolkit that can create unstable object recognition.

This commonly occurs when the application is in full screen mode.
It is highly advised not to work in a full screen mode and in standard text display to prevent any issue.
