Basically there may be different reasons why the test fails when you run it on different Browsers:
1. The Browsers have unique configuration, orand they are installed on different platforms (Which by themselves also have unique configurations) and cause some difficulties to the test to run.
2. The UI of the AUT (Application Under Test) is different (Even a bit) in each Browser, which causes Zapfree (AKA ZAPTEST Community Edition) not to recognize its objects.
3. You try to run the test on a remote machine which causes some delays in its execution which eventually cause the test’s steps to fail.
4. You did not update the recorded object in the Workbench which causes Zapfree difficulties to recognize them.
