Problems installing the Blakberry Zap-fix agent

Hello Zap,
We want to test our mobile apps using Blackberry device.
We read there is a need to install the Zap-fix agent in it, we have problems doing so, please help us on this.

Thank-you for your question.

After downloading ZAP-fiX Blackberry Agent, to install the extracted agent you will need the Blackberry Desktop Software. To download it navigate to the blackberry website and click the Download for PC button and save the file to your local hard drive. Once downloaded, launch the executable and install the software. When the installation is complete, launch the BlackBerry Desktop Software. Make sure your blackberry device is on then connect it to the PC using a USB cable. Wait until the device is recognized and connected, click on Applications button and wait until the applications list has loaded then click on Import files button, navigate to the extracted folder and select the ZPXBBAgent file. Scroll down and click the "+" button next to ZAP-fiX agent, until "Pending Install" status appears then click Apply button and wait until ZAP-fiX Agent installation completes. Verify ZAP-fiX Agent installation by checking the status in the Applications list.
