Object reference not set to an instnce of a object

As soon as I try to run any script, i get this error message. Even when using the test script I get this. How do I resolve this?

Thanks for sharing the test script. It has no issues.
Please try to re-install ZAPTEST.
– Uninstall current version;
– Download installation package using Offline Installer link;
– Run the installation exe as administrator, use default location.
