New version of ZAPTEST does not work

      Hello Zap,

      We’ve just installed the newest ZAPTEST version (15.0.74) and it does not work as previous version did:
      It does not run tests, even if we record a new test it does not run it.

      Previous versions worked without any problems.

      Please help.

        Hello BarbJack,

        Thank-you for your question.

        Please do the following:
        1. Uninstall all last ZAPTEST installation and delete afterwards all its related files.
        2. Restart the machine.
        3. Login to the machine as Administrator and install the new version.
        4. If the above still did not fix the issue please do again #1 + #2 and install the older version again (The last you had which worked for you).
        5. If the older version works then try to follow again steps #1 till #3 after restarting the machine.
        6. If the older version does not work no more (Which is what usually happens) then the problem is with the machine:
        Create a new User account and try again installing and using the older version and test it, if this will not work ask your System Administrator to create a new machine for you and try installing and using the older version again.
        7. If #6 will fix the issue please follow Steps #1 till #3 again.
