Lockdown call returned error -21

Hello
I use version 21.1.2 Zaptest on Lenovo 64bit with Windows 10 Pro.
I connect iPad mini 2 (o.s. version 12.5.1) to my pc (authorized trust).
I select the “Environment manager” icon on the toolbar and see what is contained in the file “environment-manager.png”
If now I select the only item present, I get the attached error: see “errore-on-selet-device-ipad2mini.png”.
Can you help me please?

I solved it by myself by reading an old answer from AndreySh (https://www.zaptest.com/forum/general/4242-device-error-with-new-zaptest-version#5596).
I ran iTunes and allowed it to recognize the device.
Then I restarted Zaptest and I have successfully rerun the above operations.
