I have a problem when trying to connect an iOS device, I have the latest iTunes update, the device has the latest iOS version too, and every time I launch the Device manager, I get the warning: “iTunes installations is not found. To control iOS devices please make sure to install the latest version of iTunes ”

Any idea why this is happening, connect an Android device and you could install the ZAP Agent without any problem.

      Thanks in advance.

        Hello Gustavo!

The public version does not support iOS 14.2 yet. We will add general iOS 14 support in the upcoming build, sorry for this inconvenience.

        Thank you,
        ZAPTEST Team

            Hello!

It could be a wrong message due to the latest iTunes updates.

Does the device work as expected? Are you able to install the app with certificates?

            Thank you,
            ZAPTEST Team

              Andrey,

If I skip the message (click ok button), it gives access to the device, but it cannot install the zap agent, as it does with Android devices.

I attach screenshoot of the device with the Enviroment Manager.

                Hello!

Just one detail – do you use the correct provision files for this device?

I sent this information to our RnD team, they will investigate the issue and I will return it to you shortly.

                Thank you,
                ZAPTEST Team

                  Hi,

I have a doubt: then for each application that I want to use with zaptest within an iOS device I need, .IPA .mobileprovision .p12 and certificate password, as seen in the following screen:

                  zaptest_installAPP.png

                  Is it correct?

                    Hello!

Yes, that’s correct. IPA package and provision files should be for debugging purposes. Only this way Apple allows automate app launching.

                    Thank you,
