iPad keyboard clicking does not work properly

Hello,
We use Zap Mobile Viewer to view and use our iPad device for automation.
We’ve noticed if we click some key on the keyboard in the Viewer it does not click on our physical device, how can we fix this issue?

Hello AlishaM,

Thank-you for your question.

Some times when connecting to a jail broken iOS device you will notice that the keyboard input will not be transmitted to the device.

There is a quick solution to this issue:
1. Go to Settings.
2. scroll to Veency and click on it.
3. disable "Show Cursor".

You will notice that the mouse cursor will not be visible while hovering over the viewer and your keyboard commands will now be sent properly to the device.
