Based on your description it sounds as ZAPTEST does not recognize the object where it supposes to populate the data:
Basically there are different ways to set a recognizable object in ZAPTEST, by using different OCR settings, Relative Objects, set Area object, change different object’s properties, etc.

Please check our beginners’ tutorial which has the required information how to start using ZAPTEST, at:

If you still will have difficulties, in order to get more understanding of your test’s issue’ please save the test and attach it (The *.zap file), also please take a screenshot of the financial app you wish to test and attach it as well.
