      Hi

      We are trying to see how Zaptest works and when we try to run a basic test, we get this error.

      Error: Either a required impersonation level was not provided, or the provided impersonation level is invalid. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80070542)

      Can you please advice?

        Hello anup.vijayaraghavan,

        Please restart the machine where ZAPTEST is being installed and it supposes to fix the issue.

          I had already restarted the pc. Did it again and same issue.

            Hello anup.vijayaraghavan,

            Please try the following:

            1. Make sure your system is compatible to the ZAPTEST requirements, which are:
            • OS: Windows 7 or higher
            • Processor: 1 gigahertz (GHz) or faster
            • RAM: 1 GB (32-bit) or 2 GB (64-bit)
            • Hard disk space: 1.5 GB
            • Libraries:
            o .Net Framework 4.7.1

            2. If #1 is OK:
            Uninstall ZAPTEST completely, delete its directories at the , then install it again and restart the machine.

            Please let us know if the above fixed the issue.
