How to open Word/Excel

Hello calamity_9,

Basically it looks like ZAPTEST does not recognize the icon you wish the test will click:
You can ensure its recognition by adding Related object orand specify its text in the object’s properties.

Also, if the object has a caption you can specify it in its “Text” properties and use the “Update object coordinates…” button (Appears as target icon) to check if ZAPTEST recognizes it.

If you need more help:
Please attach a screenshot which icon are you trying to click.
Also please attach your testing script (Save it on Desktop and attach the *.zap file) and the Excel file you wish to print.
