      Hello,
I’ve added a new manual object, but when I click on the "Target" icon next to it a message pops up saying "Object Not Found." – How can I make Zap-fix to find the added object?
      Thanks.

        Hello JSmith,

        Thank-you for your question.

Basically there are several options to make an object to be more recognizable:

        – In the Options -> General -> Select Default Engine change its drop-down box’ value.

        – In the Options -> General -> Select Default Recognition Type change its drop-down box’ value.

        – In case there is a string in the object, add the string in the Text section, next to the object’s name.

        – By using the Text Color set the correct color of the object (You can get the color by using its pointer and clicking the object).

        – You can change the Precision of the object and its Appearance properties.

In any case, if the object can be located by the QTP Object Repository you can use the object although Zap-fix cannot recognize it.

        Thanks,
        Sasha
