How to import Excel file?

Hello Zap,

We have a lot of data we need to assign to different fields in our testing application:
In QTP there was a way to create an Excel file and import it programmatically into the test, do you have similar feature in ZAPTEST?

Thank-you for your question.

Basically in ZAPTEST we have most of the features as in QTPUFT, including the import of an Excel file programmatically:
When specifying the Datatable object in the Script view you will see number of possibilities for export and import from an Excel file or from a CSV file.
For example, you can type “Datatable.ImportExcel() in the test and this will import the specific Excel file from within the Path you’ve specified during a run time of the test.
