      Dear Experts
I’m facing the problem that, when I want to open a report from the webserver, then sometimes it takes 5 second and sometime it takes 10 second.
How can I write a testcase, so that this singel teststeps whats till the “loading” of the report is over and then whiches to next step?
I’ tried it with a “Wait” step, but I cant always wait 10 hardcoded seconds.
Do you have any bether idea, about how i could solve this.
      Many thanks

      Regards
      Alex

Hello ahauenstein. Thanks for using ZAPTEST.

For your purpose Exist method is the best solution. Apply Exist to the object that appears on the opened report (and did not show till it opens). By default Exist method has 45 seconds timeout but as soon as the object appears and recognized it proceeds to next step – so it may be either 3 seconds or 30 seconds and it will work anyways.

        Hope that helps. Thanks,
        ZAPTEST Team.
