Hi, i try to create a test where a button has to be pressed for 50 to 60 times. Is there any way to track the number of times a loop has run and then end the Loop? I use the free version. My Test right now looks like this:

Hello Andreas. Thanks for using ZAPTEST.
No loops allowed in Free Edition – you need to upgrade to Enterprise. Please see comparison table below

        Thanks.

Thanks for the fast answer, i have another question, is there a shortcut to interrupt a test while it is running in the browser, because without a loop i have to use an infinite loop to make this work for me.

Andreas, there are “StopTest” and “StopIteration” methods. Also you can set a breakpoint for some of the steps and then return to execution by clicking “Run” once again.
            Hope that helps.

            Thanks.

Hi, i have seen these two methods but sadly in the free version you cannot say how often a sequence should be executed. A breakpoint doesn’t help there because then i have to execute every click again for the test.

              Best Regards

You can try to implement if-else trigger for that.

BTW If there is a chance you have the budget for the enterprise license purchase we can schedule product demo and discuss your test objectives.

                Thanks.

Hi, the tip with if-else sounds good, is it possible in the free version to seperate sequences from each other, What i mean is something like this: Click on this button until a specific message is visible and then click this button again until another message arrives. This should be possible with boxed if-statement but would be nicer with seperated sequences.

                  Best Regards
