Hello!
ZAPTEST Free Edition doesn’t support “Full Control” over devices. Furthermore “FullControl” is supported by Android devices only. At this point you should request trial version of ZAPTEST Enterprise Edition and check how it works.
We are planning to offer “Full Control” functionality in the Free Edition early 2017.
