The new Zap portal was created to give a more lighter, focused and friendlier experience to the portal users.
We’ve removed old videos, created new and actual videos, and most of the old portal’s experience still exists with a different format.
Regarding the User Zone:
Because we are still in a process of migrating and updating all of the old portal’s DB we removed some of the original features, such as the License Request form:
Please send a direct email with the ZAP-fiX Locking Code, and we’ll provide you a new License Key (In the terms of your License Agreement, of-course).
We know there are still few issues we need to fix (Such in the User Zone functionality), and this will be fixed soon – In any case all of the previous User Zone help files and videos were already uploaded and they can be reached as before.
