Android App GUI does not load. (app is using AWS)

Perhaps, I found a bug.

Zaptest program does not load GUI of android app ‘My Omnipod’ from Insulet Corp. It is a free app on the android play store. It crashes every time. Sometimes zaptest program says cannot connect to zap server when trying to load app GUI. Other apps work with zaptest just fine.

system:
windows 7 pro 64 bit machine
Google Nexus 6P

more info:
the ‘my omnipod’ app caches information from an AWS bucket. When opened, the app checks if there are new versions of files in AWS and updates the cache.

Perhaps Zaptest is trying to ‘pull’ from this AWS bucket but cant due to lack of permission?? Not sure

thanks for resolution

the problem was within the app itself (AWS is not the issue). The “Flag_Secure” was turned on in the code base which prevents screenshots and displaying of GUI of app in other tools.

Our Dev team will remove the “Flag_Secure” from the source and recompile the app
