      Hi team,

I developed script in a system with 1920X1080P , 150% resolution. And I see 100% pass results when I run the script in that system. But when I’m trying to run same script in different systems with 1920X1080P 100%, 1920X1080P 125%. Its’ not identifying the objects properly. Button clicks or Typing in text boxes etc.. are not working. Please let me know how to make the script run in different systems.

      Thanks
      Vaidehi

Hello vindavarapu. Thanks for using ZAPTEST.

Please let us know what version of the ZAPTEST do you use?

        Thanks.
        Kirill,

          Hi Kirill,

Currently I’ve upgraded to 19.5.5 version and failing on other 2 systems when run (Passed with 100% on developed system, 1080P 150% in current version also). But I didn’t run the script on other systems in previous versions though. My script is couple of versions previous to current version. May be like 3 to 4 versions previous to current version.
          Thanks
          Vaidehi

              Hello vindavarapu
In fact we fixed the issue like that quite long ago. Personally I am using 2 displays (laptop one and big external one) with different resolution and scale and it works perfectly.

What application you working with? Is it the browser or some standalone application? Is this issue applicable to all of your tests?
Are you able to upload the script to the thread – I will try to check out what may be wrong?

              Thanks.
              Kirill,
