  I watch the video but in my computer “device manager” does not have the android ADB interface. so what should i do next?

  OK what phone you are trying to connect? What version of the USB Android driver do you have?
  Can you see the phone connected besides ADB interface?

  ADB is the thing I am talking about. In fact looks like you installed it yet it may be incorrect version etc.

  BTW did you also enabled the Developer Options in your phone settings? It is required for the accessability of the phone by ZAPTEST application.

  Yes Developer option is enabled and I use for application debug. My device name is Xiaomi Redmi Note 3.

  OK I see
  You should download ADB driver next. Please google “xiaomi redmi note 3 adb driver”

  As per what I found you should download following version:
  adb-setup-1.4.3.exe

  Than install it and try to connect your phone.

  I can connect now with my “xiaomi redmi note 3” device but when I try to connect with my other android phone which model is “BLU DASH X PLUS” , But this time it does not work.

  Hello mizanur.
  I guess you need specific ADB driver for this device (for example Samsung phones needs another driver too). So please check what version of the ADB suited for your 2nd phone and install it in addition to Xiaomi driver. And don’t forget to enable developer options on the phone as well.

  I tried google to search for my “BLU DASH X PLUS” ADB drivers but it also suggest the “adb-setup-1.4.3.exe” to install. Can you help me for searching the correct version of the ADB suited for my Device. And one more thing that developer options on my phone is enabled.
