Hello BarbJack,
Thank-you for your question.
In UFT only in some applications’ types it manages to recognize the Scrollbar as an object, in most of situations there is a need to use descriptive programming – Only Zap-fix gives you a recognition of scrollbar in all types of applications:
1. If there is a need to emulate a scroll from one place to a different in a page you can set the object as Swiper (In the Workbench).
2. You can set a specific object in the Workbench which will recognize the Scrollbar in a test.
3. You can do a simple recording which will capture the scrollbar in the best way.
Please contact Zap for further help.
Thanks,
Sasha
