        Hello Marco,
Can you please also attach the following:
        – OS Event logs on the specific crash.
        – The machine configuration(OS version, CPU, memory, .NET Framework version, etc) which has the ZAPTEST instance with this issue).
        Thanks,
        ZAPTEST Team

With same machine but with ZapTest free version 22.5.4, error is not present.
Now let me retrieve your information from system events.

I have attached two system log events, same folder.

                Thanks Marco.
In the above URL I see only a single log file (And the video file attached as well), does both logs in the same TXT file?
Also I need the machine configuration(OS version, CPU, memory, .NET Framework version, etc) which has the ZAPTEST instance with this issue).

yes, the two events reported by the “event viewer” have been saved in the only .txt file present in the folder.
Here are the other requested data:
                  – OS version: Microsoft Windows 10 Enterprise
                  – CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-9700 CPU @ 3.00GHz, 3000 Mhz, 8 core, 8 processori logici
                  – memory RAM: 16GB
                  – .NET Framework version: Microsoft .Net Core 1.19 – runtime x64

Thanks Marco, I’m sorry for the trouble.
This is a strange issue that I never encountered with any of ZAPTEST users (Untill now, of-course).
I’ve forwarded your issue to our R&D team with all the attached files.
Once I’ll have an answer from them I’ll let you know.
                    Thanks,
                    ZAPTEST Team

                          Hello Marco,
Based on your new find in your new following ticket:

                          Cannot create ZOE Service Proxy

Maybe all your ZAPTEST issues started when you activated the “CrowdStrike falcon” utility?
Because as much as I remember such mentioned issues you did not experience previously:
If you disable the “CrowdStrike falcon” utility (Or at least create a ZAPTEST exception in it), does ZAPTEST works for you as expected?
                          Please advise.
                          Thanks,
                          ZAPTEST Team.

                            Hello Marco,
ZAP just published a new ZAPTEST v23.1.14 which is now a GA, please download it from ZAP portal and try it as well (It has support for Android v13 and below).
Please let me know if the new ZAPTEST version orand my previous answer helped with your issue.
                            Thanks,
                            ZAPTEST Team

                              Hello Marco,
Can we assume that this ticket’s issue also started after installing the “CrowdStrike Falcon Sensor” security app?
If yes let us close this ticket, and focus only on the https://www.zaptest.com/forums/topic/cannot-create-zoe-service-proxy#post-57301 ticket.
                              Will it be OK?
                              Please advise.
                              Thanks,

I confirm that with the new version 23.1.14 “Environment manager” opens correctly with old versions (10 and 8) of Android.

yes, I have installed the “CrowdStrike Falcon Sensor” security app for at least two years and it had no problems with previous versions of zaptest.

                                  Thanks
