      Hello Marco,
      If you enable ZAPTEST in your “CrowdStrike Falcon Sensor” app does ZAPTEST works as epected?
      Please advise.

        Yes antivirus is disabled for Zaptest on machine 2.
        On machine 1 there is no antivirus.

          Previously, even with active antivirus, at least zaptest started. Now Zaptest no longer starts.

            Hello Marco,
            I’m sorry for the confusion:
            When you write “yes” do you mean if you enable ZAPTEST in your “CrowdStrike Falcon Sensor” app does ZAPTEST works as expected?
            If yes then the above issue refers also to the “CrowdStrike Falcon Sensor” app?
            Please advise.

                  I can’t re-enable antivirus on any machine.
                  As indicated above, the problem is before the antivirus comes into play.

                    I’ve just got a response from our R&D team, they’ve fixed the issue:
                    Please try again to execute ZAPTEST Free Edition (No need to reinstall it, just restart ZAPTEST).
                    Please let me know if all is OK now.
