i downloaded free version and clicked zaptest icon on desktop. (ZAPTEST_19.3.0)
Zaptest Lunch wizard is opened and directly shuted down.
windows version:10 pro N

Could you check “Event Viewer” logs regarding any ZAPTEST crashes? And upload all logs here.
Could you also provide your OS Version? “Win 10 Pro N 1809” is the latest available version, just to be sure that our lab is using the same version as yours. Meanwhile, we are trying to replicate your problem in our lab.
