      Hello amayindilynn,

Please check first saving ZAPTEST test to your local machine, if this proves to be a success follow this video explaining how ZAPTEST integrates with JIRA:

      https://www.zaptest.com/user-zone/product-training/zaptest/integrations/jira-integration

      Please advise.

P.S. In the following URL you can find lots of ZAPTEST videos explaining all ZAPTEST features, including JIRA integration methods:

      Thanks,
      ZAPTEST Team

I was able to save to my local machine.
I have also been able to connect with JIRA and it shows JIRA connected.
But when I encounter an error during test JIRA isn’t notified and when I try to save my script to JIRA or save my report to JIRA; it doesn’t

          Hello amayindilynn,

We need to understand if you have all JIRA required permissions and if JIRA Server has enough disk space to save the test – Please do the following:
Using the same machine where you have the ZAPTEST issue in it, access JIRA and locate in it the exact directory where you wish to save your ZAPTEST test at, then without using ZAPTEST try to save in it any type of file with similar size as the test.

Please let us know the results.

          Thanks,
          ZAPTEST Team
