      Hello vidyam942. Thanks for using ZAPTEST.

      I guess your problem due OS/domain permissions – some policy restriction not allows to run program by 3rd party application.
      You may try to run ZAPTEST as administrator (if your default windows account is not admin) or ask IT support about that.
