      Respected sir,

      I am getting an error “ZAPTEST Recorder is closed with error state. Please contact the ZAPTEST team” while using the Recorder of ZAPTEST.

      Kindly please do the needful.

        Hello savita_kolhe,

        When do you get exactly the error message, meaning:
        What actions you do prior the error which after them the error appears?

        If you get more log in the error message please copy this as well for us.

        Also do you get the error with the newer ZAPTEST version (v17.4.0)? If not please download the latest version and try again.
        Do you use ZAPTEST Free Edition or the Enterprise Edition?

        Please advise.
