Getting a lot of issues in Zaptest

  Thank-you for your question and request.

  The reason why ZAPTEST is the leading testing tool for creating functional automated tests in the market today (and probably will stay the leader in all times), is because it is the only tool which can automate any application in any type of environment, this is done by 2 major features:
  – Adjusting ZAPTEST to the exact client’s automation needs, based on hershis unique applications and environment.
  – Publishing almost weekly release of new versions with tons of new features and with all the latest bug fixes.
  This means ZAPTEST will always be attentive to Zap’s clients’ needs.
  Therefore we encourage each of our clients to send us any issues you were experiencing with ZAPTEST and we’ll fix them plus we’ll add to the next release all the features you need for your testing.
  Based on the above please note the following examples of latest fixes we did for the mentioned issues:
  -Objects do not appear in the Workbench after deleting some of the scanned objects – This issue does not appear no more in v15.1.2
  – Cannot retrieve data from Web Tables cells – This was enabled in v15.1.1
  – The color method do not work as expected – This was fixed in v15.1.1
  – Zaptest gets crashed from time to time – This was fixed in v15

  Please make sure to update all your ZAPTEST instances to the latest version of ZAPTEST (Which has all the latest features and bugs’ fixes) and send us any issues you’ve encounter with ZAPTEST and any new features you asking to have as we..

  Thank-you Sasha for the quick and most helpful response.
  We thought ZAPTEST is another testing tool such as other well known published testing tools were issues we are encounter do not take into consideration by their companies (Always they assume the issues are in our environment), also if there are new releases such as Patches orand HotFixes they usually require upgrading the environment a bit more unless these new updates will not work orand will not be supported if new issues will appear, this is very frustrating for us.
  Thank God there is such simple solution for automation as ZAPTEST!
